Fall Club Youth League (CYL)

In an effort to grow the sport in the state of Colorado, the Club Youth League (CYL) was founded by a consortium of local volleyball clubs to give recreational age players a club-level option for training and competition in volleyball. While the clubs involved in the program are all USAV clubs, this program, and all of its events are unaffiliated with USA Volleyball.

League runs at the same time as the high school volleyball season
Season officially starts the week of September 1 (Practices begin)
Tournaments begin the last weekend in September and run every Saturday until the end of Oct
- Final tournament in October is a 2-day event
Season ends the last weekend in October, right before High School State Championships, and right before club practices typically begin
Instruction from qualified club coaches in a club environment
INVALUABLE prep for high school/club
Minimum of two games a week
Participating clubs located throughout the Denver metro area
Cost is $475

This league DOES NOT conflict with any of our developmental programs. This league DOES NOT conflict with club season.

CYL will be run by the consortium of clubs that participate. Your athlete's training and development will be overseen by a club coach with competitive coaching experience. Our teams will all have club resources dedicated to your athlete's development while still ensuring that they are having loads of fun!

Where: Edge Gym Location: 3395 Carder Ct., Unit C300, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129
When: Saturday, August 3

5th & 6th Grade: 2:30pm-4:00pm
7th & 8th Grade: 4:30pm-6:00pm

Special concerns:

GIRLS:
- 5th Grade - 8th Grade
- This is NOT an age-defined league. You may NOT play if you will be a freshman in high school. Even if you are a USAV U14 player.
BOYS
- This is a CO-ED league. Boys CAN play!
- 4th Grade - 7th Grade - Boys MUST play one grade level higher (i.e. - a 6th grade boy MUST play 7th or 8th grade).
- 8th Grade boys may not play
- This is NOT an age-defined league. You may NOT play if you will be an 8th grader. Even if you are a USAV U13 player.
- No more than two boys to a team. Only one boy may play front row.
